Harikeshav P

Founder and CEO

Harikeshav Premanath is the Founder & CEO of KHV Nova, where he leads cross-industry transformations that turn ambition into measurable outcomes. He advises promoters, PE-backed leadership teams, and public-sector decision-makers—uniting strategy, operations, and analytics to deliver results in weeks, not quarters.

His sector experience spans healthcare providers and med-tech, industrial manufacturing (foundry, machining, technical textiles), and consumer/FMCG. Typical mandates include large-scale yield and energy programs, hospital performance turnarounds, bolt-on acquisitions and post-merger value capture, procurement excellence, and IIoT-enabled operations. His approach is hands-on and outcomes-first: numbers over narratives, dashboards over decks, and capability-building that leaves client teams stronger after every engagement.

Before establishing KHV Nova, Harikeshav built and led Kavi Healthcare Venture, the foundation of KHV Nova’s multi-sector platform. Under his leadership, KHV Nova serves clients across India, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia, bringing global standards to high-growth markets. Harikeshav writes and speaks on execution-led strategy, hospital and manufacturing productivity, and the real-economy impact of digital and data.

Leadership focus: setting North-Star growth agendas; architecting operating models that scale; and tying every initiative to a clear P&L and capability outcome—faithful to KHV Nova’s promise: Think Deep. Act Smart.
